Housing request

Housing request form for burn & trauma families.

If you have traveled to Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis with/for an immediate family member who is a patient in a Burn Unit, you can request FREE temporary housing.

We have one-bedroom suites for up to 2 adults (and up to 2 children under 18 years of age).

  • A $250 Damage Deposit is required on Check In day and can be paid by Check or Credit Card. This will be refunded if your suite has passed an inspection on your last day in housing.
  • All dependents who are 18 years and older will have to pass a background check to access or sleep at the Healing Center.
  • All dependents who are 13 years or younger must be supervised by an adult at all times in the suite and in the common areas of the Healing Center.
